The Mallika shake includes blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, and chocolate sauce. To make the shake more appealing, it has been topped with whipped cream. Meanwhile, the actress is in Tinseltown to promote her new h0rr0r film ‘Hisss’.
